The added tassel so you can hook it onto your belt loop or anything else is a nice touch. However, I had to deduct a star because the suction cups do not hold. This is an OK case for a 2nd generation square chip reader, but does not meet my needs because the suction cups on the back to not adhere to event a mildly textured phone case or surface. And most cases are textured so they are more secure to grip! Using it as just a reader case with a lanyard also does not work because the suction cups are then hideous. This would be much better if it used a MagSafe ring to attach to the back of your phone instead of the suction cups that only work on a smooth plastic surface. The power button in the back is on the side for use with 2nd generation Square readers only - they could have put a dentent on the other side of the charger port too so it could be used wiht both 1st and 2nd generation readers. ... show more
