It comes with two caps, on the second cap, we poked the holes through it, then put it on my head. About halfway through pulling my hair one of the holes ripped yet again.. within 10 minutes the whole had gotten bigger and the cap was rendered useless. Because of the bad product, we decided to just do an all over color. Two of the clips snapped. The gloves did amazing if you were a 12 year-old.🙄. It was a complete waste of money. My advice would be to go to Sally’s and get one for four dollars that comes with a needle to pull your hair through and the holes have already been poked. We threw the package away because to be honest it wasn’t worth our time to even drive to the UPS store to return it. I feel like this is what they are counting on. I should have read reviews.

One cap was defective. The packaging was opened, clearly not new. I will not return it, but it's doesn't nice.

Love the accessories, they have been very useful on self coloring my hair. The cap i initially like as it felt like strong silicone and fit over my head well. But when trying to pre-poke the holes several spots ripped making it nolonger usable. So be careful when preparing the cap for use.
