I had 2 problems: 1) the toilet bowl I bought was American Standard (2 holes for mounting) but the Venus tank is has a 2" black gasket that is supposed to fit into the bowl and my bowl accepted a 3" gasket. So I bought a 3" tank-to-bowl gasket and stacked them together. It no longer leaks between the tank and bowl when I flush. 2) the nozzle part of the sink arrived with a broken nipple. So, I bought a coupler and another plastic nipple that screwed into the coupler. It is now a bit longer, but works just fine. All that to say, it works, but it was a much bigger hassle than it should have been, and when you add up the tank cost and the bowl cost it is about 3x more than a simple toilet. But it is pretty cool, so that sort of makes up for it. ... show more

This is the only ceramic sink for a toilet that I could find. It works great and is of very nice quality. All others are plastic and do not look integrated and clean as to design. Issue is that I had a Kohler toilet and the tank would not fit Kohler as silent Venus has 2 hole connection to bowl and Kohler has 3. So I bought an American Standard toilet - cadet 3 single flush toilet. I had to buy the entire toilet for $159 as impossible to buy just the bowl. I had plumber install. The Venus comes with a rubber ring seal for between the toilet and tank connection. Did not quite fit so also used the ring that came with the American standard toilet. Then screwed the silent Venus tank to the American standard bowl. Works great. No leaks. Love it. I needed a sink in my 1/2 bath and to install a sink would have cost me thousands of dollars as plumbing line would have to be installed. The Venus tank is a real money saver if you need a sink. How does it work? Well you do your business. Then you use the flush button on top of the Venus tank (there are 2 buttons - for high volume business or low). Then instead of the tank filling the water automatically turns on and is run through the sink faucet that then drains into and fills the tank. A really brilliant water saving idea: get lots of positive comments. I would recommend, but you need to make sure your toilet bowl has a 2 hole connect. The sink was worth the extra investigation as it looks great. Also Excellant customer service. I added the soap dish and hand towel holder to toilet - just got cheap acrylic suction cup attachment ones. ... show more

    • Can’t fits any toilet bowl from Home Depot !
I try to trust it but this very disappointed! It can’t fit any bowl ! I bought kohler or glacier bay bowl from Home Depot ! Nothing useful!! Return it and don’t recommend to buy it ,it wastes my time

We have had two (2) toilet tank top sinks. Neither lasted very long. So, when I was looking for yet another one, I saw this toilet tank sink. It arrived on time. It was easy to install. It works great. The water comes out like it does in a real sink so I feel more confident my hands are clean. This tank/sink looks great but does not work with any toilet bowl on the market in the US. Cadet 3 is not a match and will not work.
