The battery worked great for the 2-3 times that I needed it. However, after 5 months, it no longer charges or functions. I would not recommend this battery to anyone!

The charger is a good solid charger and arrived on time. I had an issue with a missing carrying pouch and contacted the seller.. The seller responded right away, stating that they did not have any extra pouches to send me and told me to contact Amazon to return the unit and they would send a new one. Going through the effort the return this item for a missing pouch would be a major inconvenience for me. A bit slow to charge itself, but charges one device reliably and can last a few days with intermittent use. My laptop has a bad battery and I just plug it into this to use it for class and it lasts me about a week, as long as I only use it for the computer.
