As far as the set is concerned, it is a good set IF you get the entire set upon delivery. I am giving it 5 stars because the product is GREAT, and the rating should always be about the product, but I am unsatisfied with the delivery issues below. I ordered these weights twice now and each delivery came with the same issue-MISSING PARTS! The first time I ordered it, all of the weights (25lbs x2/10lbs x2/5lbs x2/2.5lbs x2) came but the bar and the clips never arrived. I made contact with Amazon and they advised they would send a new COMPLETE set as ordered at no cost to me. They were very understanding and fixed the issue immediately. That new set just arrived and it was literally just the bar, clips, and 1 25lb weight. Now, I am unsure if this is Amazon's fault or FedEx (the first delivery)/UPS (the second delivery) but I am sure that it is an issue that needs to be worked out. I understand there are a lot of loose/heavy pieces but I was still bothered by this. All of the pieces, except the orginal bar and clips, did eventually arrive. The quality of the product seems very good, but unfortunately all of the items were not in the box that was shipped. Amazon will accept a return but cannot replace the items that were missing. This item is extremely heavy and it would be extremely difficult for me to package it and take it to be returned. I have also reached out to the seller and have yet to hear from them. ... show more

I was worried the package wouldn’t come with everything like the other reviews luckily all pieces came in one package and on time with prime. The barbell has to be connected with the middle piece and it can be a little dangerous putting it together by yourself. I’m short and stood it up to screw it on by myself but if you’re new to lifting get someone to help you so you don’t hurt yourself / be careful! It is sturdy and a good weight. Total of 130lbs - 2x 2.5lbs, 2x 5lbs, 2x 10lbs, 2x 25lbs and one 45lb barbell with two clamps that are hard to put on to keep the weights from falling off sides. I recommend buying a pad for the middle for hip thrusts at home. This is great I can workout in my living room, outside, my room and watch Netflix and listen to music at the same time. It’s a great investment to get your own gym equipment at home, especially if you have the money and space to make your own gym studio at home is my dream lol. Just be careful as with all weights to not hurt yourself or your floors at home. Def would recommend I paid $216 for this not bad and i saw it go on sale for less after ... show more

Overall this is a nice set of weights and bar for the price. I'm just starting my weightlifting journey so I was looking for a beginner set that wouldn't cost too much and this fit the bill. The bar is long and solid and the weights feel like good quality. The big issue? It didn't come with the clips that go on each end of the bar to secure the weights in place. I'm not sure if this set just doesn't include them, or if something was left out of my packaging. The description doesn't specifically say the clips are included, but given they are shown in just about every image on the Amazon page, and that they're vital for using the equipment, I think I was shorted them. I live in a rural area so it's not like I can just go down to a local store and get them - I had to order them online so now I'm waiting another four days before I can actually use this equipment. Frustrating ... show more
