VERY easy to assemble. Drawers and drawer rails already assembled (why can't all companies follow this company's example and at least assemble the drawers and rails?! Just slide them in. Bought for my Mom as a tv stand for small tv in the kitchen. She loves the appearance....looks much more expensive than it is. Excellent value for the money. Our table arrived with a broken side. We called Ashley customer service and they sent out a new part immediately. The sides are secured with dowels which are not glued in, so they can easily break. This is how our table arrived broken. This table is exactly what we we’re looking for & looks perfect in our space. It’s probably not good to have in a high traffic area, or if you have small kids who may bump into it. ... show more

First off, it’s solid 100% wood. Nothing particleboard or cheap veneer/laminate about this accent table. You can use it as a hallway table, accent piece or even as a TV stand. I bought two. One for a guest bedroom TV stand (32 inch TV) and another one behind a couch near the entrance to the living room. Great place to put a lamp for reading. And at it’s current price of 70 bucks this all wood table is an absolute STEAL !!! It was very easy to put together. It has 4 pieces (2 sides, a middle and a top) and 8 bolts with washers. The drawers come assembled. Easy peasy. And it holds it together solidly. I strongly recommend this even if the price goes back up. ... show more

I searched for weeks for just the right entryway console. This piece is perfect. Love the color, size, blends with my other furniture and it was easy for my husband to assemble. Drawers are not meant for very heavy things. Top and middle shelf are great for displaying photos and other decor. Now for why I rated it 4 stars. It is disgusting the way Amazon workers/drivers handle boxes and packages and do not follow delivery instructions. I have complained about this more times than I can count, and it is hit and miss. The box should have been placed inside my gate that is always unlocked. The box was very heavy, and I could not open the gate bc the driver put it right in front of the gate. The box was gashed and open in many places and I was worried that the contents would be damaged. Thank goodness none of the pieces were damaged and wrapped very well by Ashley Furniture. I'm a 75 year old woman with some physical disabilities. The table came quickly but was hard for me to get into the house. Once in, I was excited to get started putting it together. The instructions recommend having two people work together. There were times I could see why they would recommend that, however, with a little ingenuity, it went together easily. It's awkward to work on, so if you have someone to help, you'll see your table up in no time. I worried about sitting the table on carpet since it's narrow, but it's well balanced. I have an active cat who has found many uses for the table. The only thing she has done is to knock off the coaster I use to avoid wet rings on the wood. If you're looking for a beautiful table that is solid wood, this is it. Behind a sofa, or along a wall, the table is lovely. ... show more

Very well packaged. Sturdy and heavy construction. Only four parts to assemble, but you'll probably need a second person to remove the bottom cabinet from the shipping box. Looks good in our home's entranceway.
