  • Best budget scope on the market
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
The title says it all! But with confidence. This scope rivals the Vortex Crossfire II for half the price! Do it!

  • Fantastic optic for the price
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
This optic is really really nice. I picked it up for a rifle build, and the glass is super clear and crisp. Throughout the whole 3-9x magnification range, the eye relief is great (3.5-3.7") and the reticle is sharp and clean. Add in the unlimited lifetime warranty, and the great Sig customer service (I've dealt with them before) and its a no-brainer to pick this scope up. The build quality is nice, the magnification adjustment ring is nice and stiff and smooth, the glass is clear, and it has a great warranty. Btw, the shipping was super fast, and EuroOptic filled the order extremely fast. It was well packaged. I'll definitely do business with them in the future. ... show more

  • A GREAT rifle scope for the money!
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
With Nikon no longer manufacturing or supporting rifle scopes, I looked very hard at the Sig Sauer models. So far this Whiskey 3 has been a fantastic addition to my AR-style MSR in .223 Wylde - considering what you get for the price-point, it is a great scope. I debated if I should purchase a 3-9 power or a 4-12 power and decided on the 3-9X40. Mounting was easy with a single-piece 1" offset mount and bore sighting was simple and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Nothing wrong with buying a 4-12 power, but I do not need that much magnification for my application. NOTE: This scope DOES NOT come with lens caps, so be prepared to spend a bit more for that protection - not a big deal, just something of which you need to be aware. Despite an email, Sig did not reply when I asked about the diameter of lens covers, so I used my vernier caliper and measured each end, then went to the Butler Creek website and selected the 'Multiplex' flip-up covers @ $9.99 ea. thru Amazon. In that model, the eyepiece lens takes a #16-17-18 (Model #21618) and the objective lens takes a #25-26-27 (Model #32527) and when I received them, they fit like a glove. I will be buying at least one more of these rifle scopes for another .223/5.56 & a .308. Good Job, Sig Sauer - in addition to many of your pistols, I'm now a happy Sig rifle scope owner. ... show more

  • Works great
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
After having several eye surgeries, husband wasn't sure if he would be able to hunt again. He purchased this, sighted it and it makes a huge difference for him. It is practical, useful and did not break the bank. He highly recommends it to other outdoorsmen who might also need a little extra "sighting." ... show more

  • Great scope!!
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
It's a great scope, at a decent price. Holds zero perfectly on a 7.62x54R rifle. Optics are very clear and sharp. I paired it with the Vortex 40mm sunshade https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DYLTF4S and Monstrum flip up covers. Used it as a spotting scope too for my buddy who was struggling to get on paper. Hahahaha he paid 400$ for a supposedly better scope and was shooting 20+ inch groups with his. Think he is sold on the Sig optics now. ... show more

  • Compares well to the discontinued Nikons
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
I have 2 of these and have sighted 2 more for friends. For the money they are fantastic. Mine has held zero on a very light savage .308 for several years of banging around deer stands and woods. The friends whisky3s held zero on a .270 and 6.5 creedmore. Clicks are good and are close to 1/4 moa adjustments. Everyone in my bubba group loves this scope when they try it. Is it a super high end scope, no... but it is way better than you would expect. ... show more

  • Misled by specifications
Style: BDC-1 Quadplex Reticle
If this model, SOW33204, requires a battery, as indicated in the "product information," I could not find anywhere to install it. The instruction booklet appears to have been written to cover all models of the Whiskey 3 scope. This model does not appear to have an illuminated reticle that would require a battery. It also appears to be a discontinued model. The price was right, and it may do just fine for my needs. I haven't installed or tested it yet, so my 1-star rating is there just because I could not submit this without some star rating. I am here just to note that either the "product details" for this scope are wrong, or I am inept in following the instruction booklet. ... show more
