I bought two of the sports but the same thing that happened is when I got on them they only went 12 miles an hour but to me that's not a bad speed but why I say 20 I'm only $149 lb but it is very smooth and I would recommend it for beginners but if you're looking to go intermediate or speeds over 15 you might want to try something else ... show more

    • Bad and almost killed me
I had got this thing so I could get back and forth from work easier wich is a 2 mile walk and its been in the 100 for the last 2 weeks and I charged it the day I got it and the when it was time for me to go to work I ride the thing for about 5 min and it stops wich left me riding it normally and 120 degrees heat wich I'm really not supposed to be in because I have seizures ALMOST DIED. ... show more

Post on Amazon is wrong it doesn't go 20MPH it goes 12! Not happy with those results they did help me to return the item, but they should really do something about the post not being accurate. After having for maybe 2-3 months it broke well trying to make a turn over a bump.

This electric skateboard has been tested through different climates and I will say it has been very reliable. I will be honest the cold and the heat it not the best to be riding on. A smooth calm day is best more max range and performance. All around the battery last long enough.
