Fairly easy to install, but the plastic spikes do break when you try to hammer them, even if you put a piece of board on top to hammer into. But fast assembly and it looks great!

Assembly: Took me a solid while to put this together myself (comes literally completely disassembled), so make sure you budget in an appropriate amount of time to do this. "Installation": Once you have it assembled...if you so much as look at this thing sideways, it creaks. I don't really suggest putting it near windows you'll have consistently open. It was also a struggle getting the posts to line up so the sides of the arbor would look perpendicular with the ground (and parallel with each other). Since it's all vinyl (plastic), it really wants to pop the legs out to the sides, like Bambi. Because of this I'd say actually putting it in the ground is a two person job. Overall: Honestly, I had my worries and doubts before putting it in the dirt. But I am actually super happy with it overall. I have honeysuckles training up the sides now, and I was surprised to find the birds love it too! I am LOVING not worrying about wood outside in the PNW. Just wish it didn't make that creaky plastic noise!!!! ... show more

Added this arbor to new garden bed and strung solar lights through it a couple years ago (+/-). It has withstood strong winds and other natural elements, and is still standing and looks great! Highly recommend.

It was annoying to put together because if you mess up, you have to pull pieces out because everything is pop-in assembly. We couldn’t use the stakes because our concrete walkway was too wide - therefore the entire thing is flimsy and won’t stand up AT ALL. It’s entirely useless without the stakes. Can’t even return in because it’s impossible to take apart. It will be heading to the trash pickup. Save your money and buy a real wooden one! ... show more

I bought this product when it was half off and honestly I am grateful I did so. This is not sturdy and will move and sway just from small birds landing on it. Not to mention the 4 dogs I have to worry about breaking this arch . This product is Hardly worth the sale price let alone full price.
