Attention Consumers and Customer Service: These monitors were great for the first month. They began going in and out of connection after that. I ordered these from your company on Amazon in October, and now both monitors are not stopped working. I don’t know if it’s the cords that have failed, or the monitors, but I have tried other cords of the same type on my own, and it doesn’t fix the problem. For the expensive price of $720, I’d like to get them replaced and in working condition, since it’s been less than a year. These monitors are used at home, and I store them carefully in the original box when they aren’t in use, so it isn’t due to customer misuse. The cords and the monitors show no wear or tear. My set up worked great for about 5-6mo. Then the connection started flickering on one of the screens & Im pretty sure it's because of the display port connection, as many others have had issues with. The hardest part is that sidetrak supplies the only hub with pass through charging abilities but most importantly- 2 usb-c display ports. The hub connection is the problem. I've been back& forth to best buy & ordering & returning cords & hubs from Amazon. I love how versatile & portable the set up is- BUT it quickly fizzles out & can become a mess with cords of your hub goes out. Im on here trying to figure out how to contact the company bc Im so frustrated. ... show more

I always folded the screen per the instructions but somehow one of the screens got damaged. I still have the other one but I’m very disappointed how quickly this got damaged considering I only had it for few months now.

One of the screens stopped working within the one year warranty and after multiple attempts to contact customer support to get a replacement, they only responded after the warranty lapsed and informed us that it was expired by 4 days and that they were not going to fix it.
