I bought 2 and my sleep has turned into dream sleep! I bought silk pillow cases which made them even nicer. The curved side of pillow really helps with side sleeping because the shoulder fits comfortably versus feeling crammed. I love the adjustable option of this pillow because you can remove the fill very easily. It took a couple nights to figure out how much fill I liked. After I had it right, it was a dream! No weird smells with this product, filling or pillow cover. I have purchased expensive pillows before soft or firm or for side sleepers etc.... but I can never get softness/firmness right. Being adjustable is truly the best! I've really turned into a pillow snob because I now travel with them everywhere I go... without them, I'm not as comfortable and I don't sleep as well. ... show more

I have fewer headaches and neck aches with this pillow. I removed about 5 handfuls of stuffing to make it right for me. My only issue is the pillow gets very warm and takes a while to cool down. With the way the pillow is built, it is not like you can flip it to the cooler side. Overall it is pretty good, but as the weather gets warmer I will have an issue. ... show more

Never have I ever dreamed of coming home to get in bed and lay back on my pillow like I have with this pillow. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a pillow as a side sleeper! I sleep with it in the way that it arrived, meaning I didn’t remove any stuffing. Maybe I will one day but for now I’m very satisfied with it just as it is. I was able to find cheaper pillowcases that offer more color choices than the Zoey brand on Amazon that are made of bamboo and fit perfectly. It did arrive with an off-gassing smell (all products with a component of foam do) but with a couple drops of my lavender essential oil that went away. I have suffered from severe neck and shoulder pain for years that this has helped with too. I highly recommend trying this pillow if you’re in a similar situation!! ... show more

I have bought just about every pillow on the market.. I love that the inside is filled with SOFT lumps of what ever they use. Others I bought had lumps of memory foam so to me was way too lumpy. This pillow is not.. I have a really bad neck problem and I love how I can take as much of the stuffing out as needed.. Highly recommend this. I think I finally found a pillow that helps my upper back, neck and shoulder pain. I was using one of those expensive Buck wheat pillows because that's the only other thing I have found to work, but it is really firm and uncomfortable and heavy. So firm that when you lie on it for a lot of nights in a row as a side sleeper it really starts to hurt your ears because it is so hard. But it did finally fix my sore neck and shoulder pain. I had tried many other pillows and they work for a week or so and then that same discomfort starts to come back. But this one seems to be the perfect balance between firm and comfortable. It is only been one night so far but that was great rest and I actually had built up some pain which usually takes time to work out, but woke up feeling great. I know from years of searching that there are dozens of options out there that all claim the same thing, but for me this worked. Also, we have a king bed but I went with the queen sized pillow because it was in stock and honestly I think I'm keeping the queen size. ... show more

**UPDATE** Jody in customer support did confirm that they had changed their filling to a cooling gel filling, but said she was unaware of large chunks in the filling. She told me to return the item on Amazon, and that she would send my complaint on… I’ve not heard anything. I’ll post pics of the filling in large pieces** Two years ago I bought this pillow and was so grateful I found it – I turned everybody onto it! Well, last week I forgot it in a hotel on vacation. I was so mad at myself but I immediately ordered another one! I waited patiently And had a few nights of horrible sleep without it, but it finally came. I don’t know what happened, but the pillow I got is a far cry from the one I purchased two years ago! That one had filling that was so finally shredded it was just like down! THIS one is full of foam cubes that still haven’t been shredded!! IM NOT HAPPY! If I wanted a ‘My pillow’ I would have bought one… But I don’t want that! I want the filling that was as soft as down! It’s not the same experience at all😢 ... show more
