I laid everything out. Followed the directions and the desk came out great. I have gone through a couple desk and they are never sturdy enough. This has a metal cross bar, the shelves on the side and it uses bolts/screws not those stupid round lock things that you find on the floor and have to get under there to find which hole it came out of and of course it never tightens right again, then next thing you know it starts wobbling on you. I can't forsee this not being study enough for a long time. This will be a great desk for anyone in your family. ... show more

This desk was super easy to assemble. It did arrive with several scratches but nothing that some cute contact paper couldn't cover up. Overall the desk is great for the space I had and is working out perfectly.

There is nothing I did not like. You can put the shelves on either side. It is very sturdy. The style is simple so it easily blends into a lot of different decor styles. At this price point, I have never been able to find such a sturdy and perfect size for our use desk. Highly recommend!

Just what I was looking for! Very light and easy to put together by myself, but came with a chip on the back right side :( Not a huge deal especially for the price point! And can probably easily be hid by some white paint. Overall happy about my purchase.

My desk is great. I didn’t need anything big and didn’t have much money so after looking for what seemed forever I got this one and I love it. I need a little more room and the company has one a little bigger so when I’m ready to upsize I will get the bigger one from this company
