Great price for a stable desk with electronic height adjustment. Been using daily for 7+ months and adjust the height 2-3x per day, and everything is working like it should. Straightforward to assembly. It's on carpet and I don't move it around, but mobility isn't something I bought it for. The casters work OK on short pile carpet for when I have to move it a foot or two to clean - but I wouldn't recommend rolling it around daily unless it is on a hard floor. Stability is great. I use mine at the higher range of the height setting and have no issues typing and writing without any noticeable movement. I added a monoprice under desk cable tray which makes it very easy to hide cords and keep it looking neat. Also added a sliding keyboard/mouse tray under the desk (replaced the drawer that shipped with it) to allow me have the desk a little higher with more open surface for writing. Not necessary and not something I'd have paid for if I didn't have the keyboard tray already. Finally - built a full width monitor riser (like a mini-hutch) that puts the monitors about 7" higher than the desk surface and allows me to slide my laptop under the monitors to keep it out of the way. If you have a monitor stand that wouldn't be necessary, but I found that I needed my monitors higher to avoid neck strain of looking down when I had it set at the height necessary for the keyboard/mouse. ... show more

I bought this item for adjustable height, small spaces, and casters for mobility and dusting, too! -With ONE Allen wrench included, assembly was easy as the pre-drilled holes were perfectly aligned! -The screws were all available with three spares (two letter "N" and one letter "O"). -The adjustable height has FOUR programmable memories! -Programming memories for the adjustable height AND instruction manual were both easy to follow! -The SINGLE-PIECE tabletop dimensions (40 inches by 24 inches) were wide enough for ONE ultra-wide 34 inch computer monitor with a base stand of 22 inch by 9 inch. (I dare not add more heavy weight than the basics of my monitor, keyboard, and a couple of speakers; so the single-motor would probably last longer, of course.) -The four rolling caster wheels were sturdy enough to move the whole desk while still seated! This is plus for me as I did NOT have to constantly adjust my chair for a more comfortable and perfectly centered position. -There are four gliders feet besides four rolling caster wheels, too. -The width of the two sturdy legs had enough clearance for a basic Amazon five-roller chair. However, the height clearance needed to be slightly raised. Now, I'm able to "store" my chair "underneath" this desk! -The plastic pull-out drawer has two compartments measuring 16 inches by 3.5 inches each. But eight plastic dividers/separators are included to create smaller compartments of office supplies! -There are TWO side hooks for cable management or hanging baseball caps or headphones. There are four locations for hook-up: two up front and two out back. -There is a wire basket underneath for the electronics of the single-motor. I'm using this desk to get me out of my chair so I don't sit too long at night. I was very impressed with how well packed it was. Absolutely no damage in transit. The box is heavy for a smaller person to lift, but I walked it by alternating corners on the ground to the place I wanted to assemble it. All the parts were marked with a letter and identified in the assembly instructions. I looked through the box first, and everything was there, so assembly begins! I started at the beginning of the 2nd quarter of the football game on TV, pausing to watch every play and finished as halftime was ending, so a bit over 30 minutes clock time for all the non-footballers out there! The instructions were very clear, all the screws were good quality threads, no single part was too heavy to lift or hold in place while screwing it together. All tools were provided, except for a Phillips screwdriver. You get a choice of locking casters or glides for the feet. I'm using the casters, which roll very easily on hard floors and lock easily. There are 4 memory buttons for the height. I'm using the first one for lowest position, the 4th one for highest position, the other 2 are for standing to type on a computer and standing to watch videos (a few inches higher to raise the screen). Here's a bonus use for this table: I'm going to use it to work jigsaw puzzles in the winter, so I can be in front of the TV, and raise the puzzle up higher so it doesn't hurt my back bending over the dining table. Also, I can walk around all 4 sides of the puzzle. Super!!! I'm sure hoping this lasts, because I love it already! ... show more
