These work boots work perfectly! I tried them on today at work, and I work as a dish washer in a messy kitchen, so I'm always getting splashed with water and having to walk on dirty, slippery floors. These shoes have very good traction, trust me, you have to wear them for a bit and buff em up to get it perfect but they grip like crazy! And with today being a very busy day, I was absolutely drentched and had water all over my shoes, yet, my feet stayed completely dry! The material feels amazing, just takes a few hours of wear to fit around in before your fully comfortable. All out, these Boots have outstanding traction, phenomenol water resistance, and amazing comfortability!! It's 100% worth it!

Just got these SHULOOK boots in and they're great. Zero break-in time, good grip on the sole, and they actually look good too. If you need a no-nonsense work boot that won't kill your feet, these are worth checking out. Bonus- extra laces were also included! #winning

Great grip and style

Thus far after back to back 7 hour shifts of standing, walking, carrying and splashing water, they have held up greatly, they fit well and are not heavy, they grip very well in the conditions of my floors which includes cooking oil, buckets of water with dish soap and bleach splashed on the ground, I can walk confidently without grabbing a table. These are great for the price if you are on a budget. Another thing I like about these is that they are closed toe meaning they don’t have a mesh and are like boots so medium water levels and splashes can’t wet your toes. They are easy to clean except the bottom with can get stuck with food and debris that you step on so I’d recommend a brush to get it out of the bottom. Another exception is the insole that is provided, they offer almost no support and in my opinion it hurt my feet, it’s this flimsy foam sole which I switch to a Dr Scolls sole which sort of helps better than what came with it. Overall the price and slip resistance are awesome. I’d highly recommend to my coworkers or father.

Its been 2 weeks of wearing them 12 days total and they never needed to be broken in. Been comfortable and lite since day one. I am very happy with this. I bought the same size i wear in tennis shoes and they fit perfectly. Did i mention that they are comfortable and lite.

In the business, not quite there...

It might have been because of my expectations. The shoe does give good ankle support, but at the same time when you are walking, the heel is very square, so it pulls your foot down pretty hard when stepping forward. Sounds like a stupid thing to think about until you experience it. I've been in the service industry for a long time, and traditionally I have been using New Balance leather shoes. They do a very good job of letting the foot roll in to where it needs to go when you're really moving. I can't say this boot does the same. But maybe their shoe is better. I might just be different. I just worked a 10-hour shift with them, and I can't walk afterwards. If you're standing and moving in limited steps, they may be fine, but if you're really having to move, they might not be for you. They are nice looking, and appear to be well made, so I'll keep them for just wearing around, but I won't be working in them again.
