I purchased the medium firm memory pillows. The firmness was just right for my needs. It was soft yet firm enough to support my neck and head through the night. They tend to fall flat after a couple nights of consecutive use if you don’t fluff them up every morning, so I like to switch my pillows every 3-4 days so they can fluff back up themselves. As a hot sleeper, I’ve been to sleep through the night without breaking a sweat on my forehead and neck, so I guess the “cooling” effect works as advertised. I keep satin pillowcases on them. The description says these are Queen sized pillows. They are not! They slip and slide inside all of my Queen sized pillow cases, but fit much better in standard sized pillow cases. ... show more

I have for years used various pillows. One was a cervical pillow for the cervical arthritis I have and I would get headaches every morning, due to it supported but not as well as I needed. I am one that does not stay in one position all night, I switch from back to sides to stomach and repeat. I was looking for a pillow which would support but give me the comfort needed. It came rolled up in a case. (that was a little bit of a struggle to get it out with old hands like mine, I would of put a long side zipper) I opened it and did as instructed which was not hard to fluff it up and then let set over night it was big and fluffed to a nice size. I slept well the fist night and was amazed of how I did not have to get up and adjust my pillow as I did with the other one. Now this might not be for everyone it takes a few days to get used to anything but for me it was worth the money, and I am going to buy another one. Also it was shipped and delivered quickly. That I really like. Hope if you get one of these pillows they are as great for you as they are for me. I love it.. Thank you for reading. You will need a large pillow case too. ... show more

Unfortunately not comfortable at all. Even after letting it sit out for 48-72 hours it still didn’t fluff all the way and still has hard clumps to this day. The pillow is VERY lumpy and not comfortable
