Absolutely love this set for $$. Got the purple color so when we were looking for our luggage at the airport it was super easy to find. My option is these are very well constructed and hold up very well 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The set is pretty nice it’s easy just to whip down and store one inside another doesn’t take up too much space when not in use. I like the interior as well. The wheels were also very smooth gliding through the airport, the carryon was handy for my layover. These were all things I liked about this set, however when I reached my final destination of my first time using them I noticed one of the wheels on the medium sized checked bag had been damaged. It was still working well enough I just don’t know that It’ll hold up too well in future travels, I think it was just bad luck as far as bags being thrown around in an airport because the large checked bag was fine, but just something to be aware of. Otherwise very smooth rolling wheels, easy to maneuver all three full suitcases. Both checked sizes are expandable and the material is pretty sturdy and light weight. Overall pretty pleased with them aside from the wheel damaging.

Arrived quickly, perfectly packaged. Smooth rolling and very manueverable for a weeklong first trip. Worked perfectly including the Built in lock. Just be mindful that the luggage is designed to open like a book and one packs both sides of the suitcase. If you need to open it while in transit be mindful to do so carefully as one side of packed items might fall out at the wrong angle, also a bit akward if using a hotel luggage stand as the fully open case will extend beyond and possibly fall over. Otherwise these suitcases have received compliments. ———————— Updated Review as of July 2023 after more that one year of use, a few comments to share. The overall set has held up, but the quality is so so. The set has been checked in for a short flight or two, but after a June 2023 road trip on a coach bus the 25 inch case zipper handle came off its track. I managed to reconnect the zipper after a few tries, but discovered a few things (see the photos) a) the zipper track itself was unevenly sewn when made, with no natural barrier it was only a matter of time before the zipper handle simply slid off, b) the liner was glued, not sewn and simply tore off; c) the rubber portion which is in fact the hinge to the case is soft plastic and tore on one end. My overall thoughts are these cases are more suitable for gentle road travel, I’m confident the smaller 21 inch could be relied on as carry on if you are handling it yourself on a flight, but the larger 25 and 29 inch would probably fail at some point as checked bags in the hands of the airlines is my thinking especially for longer distance travel or offshore transfers with bags thrown onto luggage pallets and carousels. If you’re wheeling them into your car and straight into a hotel room, they’ll probably be more reliable and longer lasting.

UPDATE 6/3/19 after a month since i returned from my wedding out of country, i found the luggage realy held up. Very rough handling with flight transfers, tossed around and still only a large dent that i was able to pop back into shape. The zippers held strong, but as my previous review, they should be more durable and the smaller luggage should be a comparable one to my Wenger Patriot thats still veru strong and rugged since 2006... I'd pay as high as $220 if they can improve based on my recommendations... STILL 5 STARS I really liked that the outer shell seems strong/rugged, easy to change TSA lock combination. Very roomy interior and super quiet easy rolling wheels. I enclosed the smallest luggage to the medium luggage because It wasn't much use for me compared to my rolling hand carry luggage that is more versatile. I've had my Wenger patriot since 2009 when I was deployed back in Afghanistan. I'd pay more for the Showkoo Luggage set if only they can make or replace the 3rd smallest luggage to something comparable, as versatile, and as rugged as my Wenger Patriot (see pictured), otherwise it's just a container with wheels. The one last thing I would have asked for are thicker and heavier duty zippers, I haven't used them on a flight yet until May 2019 but I can imagine being tossed around by baggage handlers, I can only hope the zippers will last... The outer shell I can imagine will last for a while as I sat on it purposely and it didn't even dent.

3rd and final update. What I didn't like is when u s a travels told me that if I send it back they would give me a refund. Really discouraging when I get the following email from them. Thank you for returning the item you received in addition to your order #. As this item was sent to you in addition to the original order by mistake, we'll not issue a refund. We've received the item and your return is now complete. Update: When considering a warranty when you're buying suitcases. I would weigh my options carefully. When considering this company period we bought 2 sets from them. Both were all damaged, we sent photos. This has been months and months and months ago, and there are 2 year warranty. In our casement, nothing because they have yet to even offer to replace the suitcases. They make a measley small pittance of an offer. On both sets, and that is it. So there are 2 year warranty. In our case meant nothing. I would weigh your options carefully. Update: what I didn’t like is I have been asking for replacement suitcases because we ordered two sets of them. And as part of the warranty I have been asking for replacements for both sets of suitcases that we ordered. And all they offered was to put $70 towards both sets of suitcases if I would’ve known that their warranty didn’t mean anything I would not have gone through them. What is discouraging to me is when people put warranties on their products, and they don’t have any intention of honoring them. I am putting this review out there for others to see as they are considering buying sets of suitcases. And letting people know of our experience with this manufacture, so they can void the frustration that we have gone through. UPDATE : (What i did not like and found a little discouraging is I bought these suit cases because of the warranty. When it all comes down to it. All they are offering me is $70 to go towards both sets of suitcases. They have asked me to send them a lot of photos which I have done. They have not offered to fix or replace anything. And what is so discouraging is? We didn't even get on our 1st trip with them before they started falling apart. They started falling apart as we were packing.)What I did not like about these suitcases is before we ever even useed them they were falling apart. Zippers were failing during packing. I wish retrospect that I would have looked at the reviews before we ordered. Because we are experiencing the Same challenges that others have Put in the reviews. I have been working with the company trying to get a refund for the last several weeks and they have just had me jumping through hoops all of which I Have done and still have not been able to get them to give me a refund. Not too happy.
