I’ve been impressed by this luggage. It rolls extremely nice and it’s a great size to fill in my need for a bag that I will check in an upcoming trip. The combination was easy to set, it’s very lightweight and everything functions very smoothly. It has one of the largest expansions of the ones I was comparing it against and that is some thing I was looking for. I ordered the blue model for myself and the red one for my girlfriend and we’re both very happy. After a trip in February, I will gain much more knowledge from its use and if anything comes up I will edit this. Definitely luggage that I would recommend.

I ordered two brands, a Samsonite and a Showkoo. The Samsonite was a true 28 inch, the showkoo fell short by 4 inches. I like the quality wheels and the sturdiness of the hard shell. It has a TSA lock on it, but the zipper to close the suitcase keeps getting stuck, leading me to believe it may break on any given trip, and the straps to keep the clothes in place don’t work. The elastic is too flimsy and all my clothes fell out as soon as I opened it while still fastened. I contacted the seller about the size concern and have to say, I was very impressed by their customer service. They replied to my concern and offered to make it right in all fairness. I ended up keeping it as a backup suitcase as they suggested. After all the manufacturer kinks are worked out, It’s possible I may purchase another, if or when needed. Over all not a bad purchase. I took one star off due to the incorrect size I received.

Surprisingly holds a lot of articles of clothing. Easily maneuvers. Packaged well for shipping though was missing directions for setting locking mechanism.
