However, with numerous options available, it is always confusing, and one ends up buying an expensive product or one-time usable luggage. They miss the point that it is the quality of the product that is important than a brand. In my opinion, this luggage set gives you a silent operation that subordinate units usually produce with not sturdy wheels. Boasting of four strong casters, you get a quiet operation and a smooth rolling even if you are carrying a heavy load. A high-quality construction made of super-thick ABS and PC hard shell makes it more lightweight, durable, and at the same time, impact-resistant. The textured finish is a nice touch to prevent dents and scratches from enhancing a beautiful surface after each trip. Measuring around 20 inches when not expanded, is perfect as a carry-on and expands to add more space for you to store your personal items. Ordered this set because of the different sizes. I needed the large one to carry a snorkel set. Nothing crazy. Did not over pack it, it did not even last til we made it home. Zipper broke on the large one. Wheel fell off that we were able to fix thankfully. And Stopper on the side fell off do there are screws exposed now. Lesson learned. ****The company reached out refunded my money and was so nice and apologized over and over. They went above and beyond to make it right. *** That says alot to me. ... show more

Strong and ready to travel the country! this suit case come one inside of the other, I love that since sometimes hotels do not have much space to store all suitcases, in this way, when I put all my things away in drawers, the closets and more I can place ones suitcase inside the other and place under the bed or in the closet. The gray colour is my favourite one, I can use it on fun trips with my family as well as when I go on business trips. The spinner wheels roll very smoothly and without making noise, that is important for me since many times I have to leave my home at night and I must make sure that I do not wake my family up :) ... show more

Looks more black than gray - only looks gray when the light is at an angle. Wheels are smooth and quiet. I had expected the liner pocket to be back against the inner hard plastic, but actually it is like a cloth divider right up near the zipper level. So the cloth panel with the pocket is actually dividing the two halves of the luggage. This makes obvious sense now that I think about it, but since this is my first hard shell luggage, I had expected that it would be like cloth luggages. where the pocket is in a side that functions like a lid. In the hard shell luggage that cloth panel is holding the contents of the top half of the luggage from toppling out during opening. ... show more

    • Need replacement bag for largest bag / Handle broke with 1st use!

I purchased this as a gift. The owner traveled to another state with the largest bag leaving the smaller 2 bags in a different state. The extension handle broke with the first attempt to use the handle at the airport. I’m wanting to return the largest bag for replacement but am unsure as to how to do this as the 3 pieces won’t be in the same states until approximately 5/2021. This is our first set of hard shell luggage. While I miss the extra give & exterior pockets of the soft side luggage, these have worked well so far. There is an extra zipper to increase width by an 1” or so on the medium & large sizes. The interior elastic bands help to keep clothes in place. There is an interior zipper cover to separate items from each side. Sometimes it’s frustrating when you open the suitcase on the wrong side, but in the end, it is helpful to keep the items on each side more organized & weight balanced. This luggage was great for our family trip to Mexico. Lots and lots of space. Looks really nice. Multiple compartments. I was a bit disappointment when my teenage son leaned down on one of them. It dented and didn’t pop back without a mark. So as long as your teen doesn’t sit on it, this is a great product for the price. ... show more

    • The Best Luggage Set You'll Ever Buy
This luggage set is amazing. I’ve had it for about six months and I’ve traveled numerous times with all three sizes and I’ve never had any problems. No scuffs, no dents, no slices and no cracks. My last luggage set was destroyed by the airline and I learned the hard way that you have to research what type of material your luggage is made by, otherwise you may end up with your clothes coming down the conveyer belt at the airport. Well after that incident, I did my research and came across this luggage set. The price was great and I was excited to try it out. After six months of both domestic and international travel, always checking my bag, and always having to pay the overweight fee because I’m not a light packer, these suitcases have held up incredibly well. The material is incredibly durable yet flexible so when your luggage is being thrown around, it can withstand the force without breaking, while still protecting your items inside.
