3x shrunk to half its original size. I'm a 2x kind of guy. Not 1.5x. It still fits, a lot closer than before it got washed.

Ok....first hemp product. I bought a large and it is tight. Real tight. Im 6 foot and 175 to 180 pounds. I workout everyday and a large usually fits perfect. This is restricting in the back. Order a size bigger and you should be ok. Other than that.....I washed it and am wearing it now. ......I love the shirt ... show more

I am so disappointed! The shirt is beautiful and nice to touch, as instructed I did a first wash by hand and cold water and it shrunk So much that now an XL turn to be a small.
