The bracelet arrived pretty quickly it wasn’t the normal Amazon prime delivery but I would say within a week or two and it arrived in OK shape. However, when I first took it out of the box and tried to move the little adjuster on the bracelet one of the little silver balls at the end came off immediately. I’m sad I don’t wanna have to spend money to send it back just to get the little ball and I’ll probably wear it as it is. I’m just disappointed that it was not very good quality. Upon unboxing this piece was dull, too light and fragile. The stones don't even remotely appear real and looks very hazy unlike the pictures and description. Im disappointed because it would've been a prefect gift if it was a quality product. Now I must return it and get Amazon credit. To the mfg seller. Quality control b should catch these issues and have standards prior to selling and shipping. This seems to be more like a 5 to 8 dollar purchase not over 10 dollars. It feels cheap and plastic like I got it from a gumball machine. The design is nice but not worth buying and gifting.
