The first thing that attracted me to this particular shooting mat was the fact that it is extra long. At 6'2" it's hard to find certain things for my height. The size of this mat is perfect. The other thing I really like are the padded areas for knees and elbows. And even with this extra padding, the mat is very lightweight, but strong.

This May is like a perfect blanket. You’ll want it with you every time. It folds into a small package, light in weight but heavy in quality. Everything about this says quality. Heavy duty staking grommets, stitching, fabric, buckles, all of it! Not a deal breaker if it didn’t have it but the padding in the knee and elbow areas is nice when getting into or out of a prone position. Good value at the price point.
