I like that it can fit my legs without so much room like most boots. I feel that it will scrunch as within a minute of taking these pics it felt like it would some. We will see with thigh high socks. What I did not like is the smell of chemicals and sorts, and that it is not made wide. Hence the 4 stars. I am a size 8 (39) for comfort but if you are, try a size up if you’re going to be wearing thick socks. I have wool socks inside both stretching them right now in hopes they can stretch. I will get suede protector to spray on the boots to keep it protected. Perhaps it will work out. It is a very nice camel/cognac color. ... show more

Are these boots good looking? Hellyas. They hug my short little, spindly legs and don’t squeeze my thighs to make them look like they’re bulging out the top. Are they the most comfy? Pretty darn comfortable when you wear good socks. I sized up so I could do just that. The size guide is spot on, but exchanged 7.5 for 8.0 so I could wear some wool socks for warmth and cushion. Will they outlast a few winters here in Arizona – I’m optimistic they’ll hang around for more! Not an expensive looking boot, but good enough to pass with my casual, fun, party outfits. ... show more

I first ordered these in a size 8.5 as I normally wear an 8 but like to add support and socks in my boots. They fit great on the shaft but the foot part was tight and my toes were hitting the front edge of the boot. So I exchanged them for a 9. The foot part fit perfectly, but the shaft part was super lose and the top edge was a mess. They did not stay up, even over jeans. The material is quite thin also, so I worry about how they would hold up over a few wears. There was no fixing how messed up the edge is and it just didn't sit well and makes them look cheap. So very disappointed because I was really looking forward to these boots! If you have really large calves and knees with smaller feet these may work for you, but as the stretch on the shaft is pretty minimal, they did not work for me. So sad. ... show more

I have larger calves and find that tall boots are hard to find if they are not in wide, but when I buy wide, they are way to big. I am in between but these provided the perfect amount of stretch and did not make a dent in the upper part of my leg like other brands have.
