I am an older rider that rides about 50 miles per week. I wanted a good pair of shoes without spending a lot. These worked out perfect. The fit was perfect according to the size chart and they are comfortable to wear. They are a little snug getting my feet into the shoe but once in, they feel good. The color is all black so relatively neutral in regards to matching paint color. It was easy to get my cleats installed and the shoes appear and feel durable. Good value for the price. My only concern will be how long the Velcro straps last as this appears to be the weak link on this shoe. ... show more

I hesitated a bit, only because it is black (could get hot in summer), and 'dorky.' But I took the plunge during the Prime Day sale. It is very comfortable and light-weight. It looks so much better in person, and in fact, it looks sleek and professional as well. Can't be easier to tighten the shoes and un-do it after a ride. Ventilation is superb for summer ridings!!! This is an AWESOME shoe but Amazon makes it nearly impossible to order the proper size. The size chart says women's 9, men's 7, EU 41 but Amazon keeps shipping me the EU 40. I have tried three times. I am super disappointed because the shoe is super comfortable and highly rated but simply too small in EU 40. I'm not sure how to get the right size. ... show more

Wife and I both got the same shoes and my wife loves hers. They fit her very well, easy to slip on and secure and also really light, I was so surprised on how light they felt! Ordered the size 12/46 as I wear a size 12 and wasn't sure how the 46 would feel. I needed to order a size up. Just started the return and will be getting the size 13 delivered tomorrow. I cannot review based on actual riding experience, but you typically can tell if the shoe is going to feel great when trying them on.     • NOT the best choice for SPD - no recessed cleat!
Size: 7.5-8 Color: Black
I got these to learn how to ride clipless with SPD pedals, and had a really rough time. Although they are advertised as being compatible with SPD, unlike actual shoes made for SPD where the cleat is recessed in a rubber sole, these have a slippery plastic sole and there is no recessed place for the SPD cleat. So if you attach an SPD cleat to these shoes they will be sticking out and you would just be walking directly on the cleat. You cannot walk around in these shoes for any distance like actual SPD shoes. There is a separate (NOT INCLUDED) adapter for the SPD pedals you can buy, but it's just plastic and not made out of rubber, and also prevents you from adjusting the cleats forwards and backwards. Getting clipped in is also difficult because if you miss the clip in point and try to lightly pedal unclipped just to build speed and stabilize yourself, there's a high risk that your foot just skates off due to the slippery sole. I ended up keeping these just to use on my trainer, and I got Giro Rangers instead for riding outdoors with SPD pedals. ... show more
