This is a great personal lubricant and a much better value than the stuff you find at the drugstore. It is water-based, super smooth and slippery too. It is great right out of the bottle, but you can also thin it out just a little if it is too thick for you. We use 2 parts Shibari and 1 part water as a mix. It works great, is very slippery and makes the bottle last a little longer. Just get yourself a little squeeze bottle and mix it yourself. Silicone-based personal lubricants have tended to be VERY pricey, if they are good. Shibari Tuxedo is good, slippery, very water resistant AND far less expensive than most other lubes. They call it "thick", but it's not as thick as the gels, but still does a good job. No fragrance or flavor- both plusses to me. Easier to clean-up with warm water and plain soap than most silicone based lubes-I haven't "tested" it on linens to see if it leaves stains. ... show more

wife is happy with this. have tried MANY types, but she is very sensitive "down there". ones with glycerin often leave an unpleasant burning sensation for her. water-based doesn't last long enough. this is slippery, lightweight, and works well. don't really have to reapply very often. though spots often form on the sheets, i think they wash out fairly easily. we re-bottle into smaller, discrete pumps, so as to reduce the clumsiness of the larger bottle. ... show more

Last time I Bought this I trashed it because I could not get much to come out, but after getting a Lube Launcher and Using the Lube Launcher; I am able to get the right amount of Lube. Update; LubeLife Thick Silicone Lube Is better. (This Lube vs Shibari Triton Premium Anal Lube): This Lube: 1) Water based. 2) Burns if I use a Lot. 3) Comfort does not last long. 4) Great with Condom covered Anal Toys. 5) Gives Me diarrhea if I use a Lot. LubeLife Thick Silicone Lube: 1) Silicone based. 2) No burn at all. 3) Extremely comfortable. 4) Great with Condom covered Anal Toys. 5) Does not give Me diarrhea. I bought this because it was a bit less expensive than Platinum or Pjur, both which I like a lot. This stuff is thick and gooey and loses it's slipperiness in seconds. No good.
