Going on a beach vacation I packed a bag of 3 pairs of shoes, including these which I wore. When I got there, I realized the bag of shoes was left behind! All I had was these black sandals for my whole vacation. But they worked out great - very comfortable and so supportive, "dressy" enough for the informal restaurants I was going to, and generally just a great shoe if you can have only one! Two small caveats - one, they are not ideal for the beach since the small raised edges of the footbed makes it difficult to dislodge small stones and sand without taking them off. Two, they are oddly very grippy on certain surfaces including rough concrete sidewalks, so much so that I nearly tripped a few times when they were new. They seem a bit less grippy now but it's something to take into account. Even though I'm home now with a closetful of dozens of shoes available to me, guess what I'm wearing? Yup!

I had a pair of name brand flip flops for 5 years when my dog decided she was bored and wanted to destroy them. They were my favorite and they were extremely broke in and comfy. I was pretty sad, but decided after 5 years, it was way past time to get a new pair anyways. While searching for the same brand, I came across these flip flops and read the reviews. I ordered them and I'm pleased to tell you that when I slid them on, they felt sooo good! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I ordered my usual size. They seem to be made pretty well so I'm hoping they are durable and last me atleast a couple summers. I definitely recommend these flip flops. There's an arch support pad that helps tremendously and they are very light weight. Also, I have Freddy Flintstone feet. Fat and wide. So if you are like me and usually can't comfortably fit woman's flip flops without your toes hanging over the sides, you'll love these!

I had a pair of the original recovery sandals, also in a flipflop style. After two years of wearing them a few hours a few days per week in the summer months only-the sole was terribly worn and they caused dangerous slipping on tile or smooth floors. 75% cheaper and a sturdier sole than the “oother” recovery sandal. Very similar style and design. I bought the black color which is just a basic black rubber. They were immediately more comfortable and seem to be of better materials and more solid construction. Another nice feature is that the flip flops from years ago would leave a black stain on your feet from a black footbed. These do not. I eliminated one star because these are slightly narrow and a bit tight across the arch, but I imagine they will likely stretch as time goes by. Good deal!

I have been looking all over for comfortable shoes too wear inside my house. These flip flops fit the "BILL"! I have sore feet constantly because I have the chronic disease; RA, which has crippled my feet to the point that they are bone on bone with next to nothing padding on them. I have severe pain when walking barefoot on wooden or tile floors. These awesome shoes are wonderful! Thank YOU! for providing these wonderful shoes! I love them! The arch support is also fantastic and they feel soft to the touch for my feet. Plus they have great grip to prevent falls from happening!

At first glance these looked HUGE, but after I tried them on they were just right! (Maybe I have clown feet?!) I normally wear an 8.5 so I bought the 8.5/9 for women, and they fit perfectly! They are both comfortable and supportive. They have plenty of squish to them without making your feet feel like they are rocking in all directions. They also have heel and arch support bumps which sit nicely exactly where they need to. While these are not fancy or cute in any sense, they are the perfect buddy for your feet if you need something casual for daily wear, if you need a comfy beach/pool shoe, or even if you need a good indoor shoe if you have hardwood floors and need something to soothe your aching feet. All good things! Just try them and you will see! The only thing I cannot guarantee is how long they will last, as I just got them, but I'll be wearing these a lot so I can report back if there are any problems. If I don't report back you can assume they are still going strong! TTFN!

Super comfortable and soft, although it's a different material than Oofos, it's also a lot cheaper and about 75% as comfy. These definitely work well if you are recovering from or have foot pain, especially pain in the connective tissue on the sides of your feet. Feet and your foot doctor told you to get a super soft recovery slide. However, my son has sweaty feet so the black coloring of these comes off and gets on his feet which is embarrassing. It just looks like his feet are filthy underneath where the shoe touches him. I don't have sweaty feet so I don't have that problem. I imagine if you get them wet the same problem might happen. But you should never get such slippery material wet, especially when it's on your feet, I would be much more concerned about a slip hazard as flip-flops are a major contributor to fall related injuries and water is another. There is not much arch support, maybe if you were flat-footed this would have arch support for you. But the primary advantage of these is how soft your step is in cases where you need to recover from injury and you need your step to be soft. I would wear these to Disneyland and have. Stand all day. All day, these are the second best recovery slides you can wear.
