I like these for the music lyric books I made for the nursing home. They aren't too reflective, and are easier on hands than using a paper punch. You do have to blow in them though, to open them to insert the sheets. When I want to put them in the booklets, I use a clip to hold the sheets together and that works great. Otherwise, they like to slide around a bit.

They are very nice and works well. the only problem. Was opening the protector sheets to insert item. I would put both hands at top pressing to open them. While moving my hands different direction which seperate the sheet within minutes

I use these for music. It is made from thick plastic that is very clear. Great value for 100. It fits a standard paper. Tip: to easily put paper in, loosely fold paper in half longways to put in protector, then lay flat once inside.
