In order to save my recipes, I have used recipe boxes, note pads, computer files & apps, you name it. I finally found a what works for me. I print out the recipe, put it in the sheet protector & into a 3-ring binder. When I'm working on a particular recipe, I remove it from the binder and place it on the recipe stand on the kitchen counter. If (when) it gets splashed, I simply wipe it off before putting it away in the binder. I love it!
