It was very easy to assemble. Not sure why others thought directions were hard to follow. 8 bolts 2 screws and 4 wheels. That it. Nothing to it. It does have one character flaw. The wheel guard hit the bolt head slightly. I took my grinder and shaved the bolt head a bit. Now it works awesome. Love this thing. So handy and well worth the price. I think any guy who does work around the house or in the garage could use one or two of these. Saves on back and knees. Low enough to reach the floor, but not too low where you feel uncomfortable. I like this sturdy tool box and seat. Rolls smoothly and has a quality feel and look. You will have to use a little force to line up the predrilled holes when assembling but they will align. I have some tools in it and it's currently indoors but I like it. It's just the right size for me. I sometime take it to the area where I work and I like being able to reach things and getting organized while I'm sitting and moving around.
