This is great steam cleaner. This is the best steam cleaner I have owned to date. I had two Bissell s that each lasted about 3 years . Then a Hoover witch only lasted 14 months. This Shark out performs my other 3 . I thought my others were good, but this is far superior. Very simple to operate and put together was 5 my minutes tips. This is also the easiest of the three to use. It's only negative is the waste water and cleaning solution containers are small and need empty frequently, but very simple to do. ... show more
