Seems to help carpal tunnel pain caused from computer typing by keeping wrist straight and forcing you to use the fingers only. I used one years ago for carpal tunnel pain in the top of my hand. It started coming back so I bought this bowling glove. The last time I used a glove for a week and was able to continue without the glove for years until now. I think it allows your hand time to heal while continuing to type.
