I got this bra with high hopes and expectations and have been left a little disappointed after all the hype. The bra is fairly comfy but I struggled to find my "right size". I ordered a XL (36DDD) and found it smooshed my chest too much so I went to a 2XL and the band is too loose but the cups fit much better. The band does roll up and does not lie smoothly. I kept the bra and ordered another as they work but they definitely aren't as great as everyone said. I will also say that the bra does give nice lift, the back is smoothing and the straps are wide and secure. It could just use a little tweaking to make it better.

My regular bra has been Vanity Fair no-underwire for years. My biggest complaint has been discomfort under my arms from the boning or elastic irritating my side-fat. So the wide band of this bra intrigued me as it looked like that might be more comfortable under my arms. From the reviews I had high hopes for this bra. I would say overall it's a bit more comfortable, but the fact that there is really no band whatsoever at the bottom of the inner part to provide support, I tend to get under-boob cleavage that spills out below the cups, which then gets sweaty and causes irritation there. The band at the bottom of the overlay isn't enough to keep the girls where they belong. Maybe I didn't choose the right size, but there weren't the usual range of size options available. I normally wear a 40C in VF so ordered the XL in the Shapermint. The fit was okay but not great and definitely not better than my VF. I wish there was a wider bottom band under the inner layer, and although the fabric of the outer layer was soft a felt good on my skin so was less irritating, it didn't feel as supportive as my Vanity Fairs. The cups gave me a slightly smoother look which I like, but they almost felt like cardboard and didn't fit quite right for me. The straps were just okay - wider and softer fabric would help. This bra was good enough to keep but not better enough than my Vanity Fairs to switch, so I'm a little disappointed. Probably will not buy again. UPDATE: Well I just realized after wearing this bra twice that I received a Truekind bra - an Amazon brand - instead of the Shapermint I ordered. I clearly have fallen for the old bait and switch. Thanks Amazon. :(

I was super excited to receive this, but very disappointed after I did. I bought the size according to my measurements, but it seems to be a bit too large around, even on the tightest hooks. Quite saggy while at the same time the ‘cups’ smash me like a sports bra. The 2 positive stars are for 1) received it in a timely manner and 2) it IS comfortable. The 3 dings are 1) I didn’t receive a Shapermint brand, but another brand, so that was misleading, 2) definitely NOT flattering to my DD’s, and 3) after only a month of owning it and wearing it on occasion, one of the hooks on the back already broke off (and it fits loosely on me!). Overall, if you want a ‘lightly’ shaped sports bra, you’ll like it, but if you are looking for all the hype, like I was, you will be sorely disappointed, like I was. I went back to my VS bras for a MUCH more flattering look when I go out in public.

I wrote this 3 star review "SOFT BUT REALLY HAS LIMITED SUPPORT. MAYBE TOO STRETCHY FOR FULL BUSTED WOMEN" then to my surprise they reached out, without my prompting, and messaged that they wanted to see customers satisfied and are replacing the not quite right fitting one. I am changing my review to 5 star because we should only hope all companies cared about their customer enough to try to make it right. If you are trying their product for the first time then you can at least feel good that their customer service department does exist unlike so many other sellers whom you will never reach.

Update, this bra does not hold its shape. I also should have gone up a size, because it's not exactly true to size in the cup. This bra, is pretty darn comfortable. I know for now there is no perfect bra, but this is pretty comfortable. They also give an extender with the sweetheart bra, maybe with others as well. I didn't think I would use it, but turns out that i did & it made it all the more comfortable. My straps don't fall down & I'm not being squeezed like a tube of toothpaste. It's also supportive, which was my # 1 complaint About wireless brass, NO SUPPORT, but after this BRA I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to a bra with a wires unless I want to be tortured. My size is extra large and honestly.It's a tiny, bit small in the cup.But if I go up a size, I believe it's going to be too big in the cup. Time will tell about the quality.It seems to be made well. It also supports me very well.I think I mentioned that.\nBut is flattering and not smashing.
