I'm constantly trying to build up my set of tools - even though I'm not entirely sure why since I have a ton of them. but that's why I ordered these magnetic nut drivers. I have another set of nut drivers, but they aren't long-necked ones and they are magnetic either so I decided to order these as a replacement (we're actually probably just an addition) to that set. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of these drivers. the magnetic capability of them definitely meets the need and adheres strongly enough to keep the nut firmly adhered to the driver so that it doesn't easily fall off but honestly, the best part of the entire set in my opinion is the case that is included with it. I don't know why, but I have a weird obsession with tools having their own case. I think it's just because it looks nicer in my tool chest with the case open and tucked into a drawer. it just makes it look clean and organized in my opinion. and it's nice that I can just grab the entire case and take it with me if I have to do a job outside of my shop. Honestly, I didn't expect a whole lot from the drivers themselves because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with cheap drivers bending easily or the pH to bets being stripped. However, so far, I'm impressed with the quality of metal that this set was made with. And I know it's just a wish of mine, but it sure would be nice if a manufacturer made an entire case like this. I've just 10 mm metric drivers since that's one of the most popular nuts out there, and my 10 mm driver's get eaten up pretty quickly. ... show more

This is a nice set for the home shop and small engine work with a hex shank drill/driver or power screw-driver. They just don't appear to be industrial strength bits for everyday use with an impact driver. I found the set to be complete as advertised. I measured each bit with calipers and found them to be within reasonable specifications. The storage pouch is handy but what I like the most that the bits in inches have a blue band around them and the metric bits have a red band. These long nut drivers and Phillips/slotted/Torx from “SHALL” have been great. Like most DIY peeps, I’ve got plenty of standard length (about 1.5-2” long) bit attachments for my cordless drills and impacts. Pretty often they’re too short to reach in given the bulk of the drill/impact. These long shaft 6” extended length bits solve that problem. Plus, they’re in a zippered pouch that is easy to grab and go then worry about what size while you are right at what you’re working on. I found the Phillips tips to be perfectly shaped to fit into the screw heads. In the past, I’ve had some that were shaped poorly with a cone angle that is off such that they don’t fit well into a Phillips screw head. These are great (see pic) so far. The magnets are quite helpful in the nut drivers. Just be forewarned that they are not super strong with a nut due to the hole in the middle of the nut lining up with the magnet in the nut driver tip. They work but just a little bump and the nut will fall out. They are fine with a bolt head. Overall, these are great and are working out well for me. They are a great addition to my mobile tool bag. If I have any durability issues I’ll be sure to update my review but I do not expect any. ... show more

I've been using nut drivers since I was a kid, when I'd be tasked with building trophies for my dad's business on a table while watching Saturday morning cartoons (that used to be a thing on TV way back when...). As an adult, I've never had a set, although have come across plenty of instances where I wish I had them handy. This set is great, and includes a variety of both SAE and metric drivers. To test, I tightened some screws underneath our kitchen table chairs. I did the very first one with my impact driver (nut driver fit just fine), and when I heard the crack of wood, I realized that was a little too much power and switched to my regular drill (the nut driver also chucked just fine). We can REALLY use these at work for everything from tightening parts, taking mandrels off of their blocks (they have countersunk lag screws that are a tremendous pain to back-out without such a tool), and fixing various equipment. The drivers seem well made, are clearly marked (and color-coded!), and everything fits nicely in the included case. Easy 5 stars for me! ... show more
