This thing is actually great. First - it's cute. You know it's cute. That's why I've dubbed it the CPAP snuggie. Second, it actually seems to be working. Or it's a long coincidence. Either way, rainout has stopped since using this. Bonus: hose doesn't make noise when it moves and the ribbing rubs on stuff now. Nice and quiet! Second bonus: if you're like me and often sleep with the hose tucked under your arm, this keeps the cold tube from touching your bare skin (unless you sleep with long sleeves which I always had to do). Now I have a choice! CPAP snuggies for all!

This CPAP hose cover provides greater comfort and better quality breathing experience. It is an inexpensive, but very worthwhile investment in my opinion. The cover feels comfortable against my skin so I don’t have to feel the plastic hose while I’m trying to sleep. It also keeps the air warm inside the tube so it doesn’t get condensation. The air comes out of the hose feeling the same temperature as I have it set on the machine. I don’t have to compensate for my room temperature anymore. The cover stays in place well, thanks to the elasticized cuffs at the ends of the cover. These can be cinched up as much as needed depending on hose size. The cover is easy to remove for washing. The side fully unzips so I don’t have to feed a tube through the entire length. At 6.5’ long it is plenty long for my hose and has a little extra length so it doesn’t strain when the hose is bent. It’s a nice quality cover and feels well made.

This hose cover has completely fixed my rain out issues with my BiPAP. We sleep with a fan blowing on us and I have had issues with rainout, and have tried multiple covers before this one. It fits my heated tubing perfectly, is soft so it doesn’t bother me when I sleep, it was super easy to install, and I haven’t had any issues with its durability over the times I’ve used it. It is absolutely worth the money as it functions perfectly and solves my problems!

I was getting the "water-up-the-nose" with my CPPAP machine and bought this to help mitigate the issue. It is soft, but it does add some weight to your CPAP hose which may affect how your mask fits. I had to tighten my straps quite a bit. I use a Luna G3 machine. It was very easy to install on my hose, it is a zipper closure so it's not complicated. I've been using it steadily for a couple of months and it has helped with the "hose rain", but didn't stop it completely. My issues is that I like to keep my room cold with air conditioning and I think that exasperated the condensation problem. I ran a humidifier in the room and turned the AC to be a few degrees warmer which really helped to diminish the water in the hose (and in my nose).

This and a few clips are the best CPAP accessories I've bought. I was having trouble with rainfall because we keep our house so cool in the winter. I have a 6.5 hose that I use with a ResMed 11. My RT suggested adjusting my humidity and temp levels and buying an insulated tube cover. Have not had any problems since! I saw a few cheaper options on Amazon, but I'm getting better about looking for a quality item, even if I pay more. I'm really happy with this cover. It appears to be made well, fits the hose perfectly, has extra insulation, and is soft to boot. I'm not worried about it falling apart when I take it off every week to clean my hose. Overall, it's made my sleeping experience that much better. Super pleased.
