This is something you should buy. I haven't had any issues with it and I've had it for months. It works very well. The battery life is amazing AND it charges quickly. It has multiple modes but the first one is ALL you need. I love that it has a long handle so you can change the settings or turn it off at ease. It's also pretty waterproof. I wash it all the time and I try to avoid the settings area with the water but sometimes it gets around there. The water has not impacted it's performance at all. It's not that loud, I wouldn't say it's quiet. Even though I have a full house it has never been a problem. As long as it is somehow covered by your body and muffled, it's pretty quiet. First and foremost, I will say that I do like this toy. It is compact but packs a lot of punch! Unfortunately, I have gone through 2 of them now after only a few uses. When I first charged it after opening, the magnetic pull was strong and could be placed at any angle to charge. When I went to charge it again the magnet was not as strong and I had to fiddle around until I found a position for it to charge in. After a full night of charging, it only lasts for 20-30 minutes. For example, last night, I charged the toy all night and the LCD screen showed it was fully charged. Once I actually turned it on, it had only 1 bar. So I gave it a 3 because I do love this toy. But I have been through 2 now with the same issue. Update 1/14-- I did contact them and they gave a refund. It was super easy to work with them and they were very nice.
