It was tough to put together and even with making four adjustments, my husband couldn't get the one side to lay flush with the other side as it should be. EDIT: The issue with the one side not laying flush resolved itself. I put a runner and a candle plate with candle on it. This is a great product it was easy to follow the directions and to put it together. The best part about it is the swing out top is changeable to either direction when you 1st put it together. My son and I love it and eat dinner on it every night now.

Although I would have liked the coffee table to look more like real wood, it is functional. Instructions were detailed, extensive, and clear. Bring your own screwdriver; The one included will tear up your hands. The two parts of the top matched up perfectly. Nice size. Height is perfect.

It’s a solid table for the price. Pay attention building it; a few pieces easily go in backwards. But overall, it’s pretty great. And for the price you can’t go wrong. Also a pretty standard color so it’s easy to find matching furniture.

Had to take it apart before adding the hinged table tops because I had a board flip flopped in the middle.got it taken apart enough to flip the board correctly only to see a wooden dowel and it an ugly knot in the table.
