The media could not be loaded. It was so easy to put together. The quality is amazing and it’s normal sizing. I love it, fits well in my bathroom. There’s no smell. Sounds stupid but this is one of the better toilet brushes I’ve bought! It works well I like the storage thing because if let’s the toilet brush “drain” as opposed to holding water. It is a twist together type gadget and sometimes it will get loose but nothing that’a causes me any issues thus far.
