The little scrubbers are quite difficult to actually attach and release from the handle. Almost like the part the is supposed to grab into them doesn’t open all the way so it sort of needs to be forced. Unfortunately after cleaned the toilet, I don’t really want to touch it to remove it so I just end up fighting with the rim of my trash can. Update: Oshang kindly sent me a replacement head and explained that I had to retract the handle after ejecting the pad in order to keep the clip that holds the pad in place working. I did that with the replacement handle and it's been reliably working for the past several uses. I like the pads a lot - they're flexible enough to get into crevices, while sturdy enough to clean the whole bowl effectively. The handle broke after only 2 uses, and now the pads won't stay on the handle. I love the concept, just not this product. Back on the hunt for a reliable alternative. ... show more

The scrubbing pads are handy for cleaning the nooks and crannies including around the bidet nozzle on my toilet and then tossing in the trash without having to touch anything. However, the build in cleanser seems to do little more than regular window cleaner. I used the scrubbing wand in conjunction with my regular disinfecting toilet cleaner to actually clean stains. ... show more

I wasn’t sure if it would work due to the other reviews. But I found that if you don’t click the product in correctly, it just pops out. I haven’t had an issue with this as long as I properly use it. I am enjoying using it.

I used a name brand version of this at a friends house and loved the easy of cleaning. Being the frugal gal that I am, I searched amazon for a cheaper version and that's exactly what I got! Cheaper in price, but also cheaper in quality. If I had never tried another brand I might have thought it was okay, but that's not the case. While it was easy to assemble, actual use of it isn't quite as smooth. You have to apply quite a bit of pressure for the pads to lock into the scrubber, which does not combine well with the flimsy base fixture. Once on, it cleans the toilet well, the pad soaps up nicely. Slight difficulty appear again when it's time to get the pad off and into the trash can. A simple push of a button on the name brand version DOES NOT translate to this brand. It is more of a feat with this product: pushing and jabbing the button a couple of times, tied with a few swings of the wand against the trash can usually pop it off. I will not be repurchasing, in fact, I'll likely chalk it up and get the more expensive and better working brand. ... show more

UPDATE ON REVIEW Customer service set me 2 new ones and they work PERFECTLY!!! I am so happy w this company. They work great at first. So great I bought a second one but you can't the cleaning pad off. You have to use your hands to get it off,which literally defeats the purpose of buying these. I was very excited at first.
