I purchased these and they looked fine. Before I used them, i put them in the washing machine on gentle cycle and cold water. After they were washed, I put them in the dryer on Low Heat. Love these placemats for my round table. The red is a perfect color for Christmas or everyday. The fabric is thick and washable. Soft and reversible. The color is rich and saturated.
