Holding minimal weight, two of the four shelves that I hung started to pull on the adhesive hooks and they rippled up and got droopy. The shower one was easily removed and did no damage, but now I cannot rehang it without purchasing more hooks. I did hang one on dry wall and it absolutely annihilated the wall. I saw layers peeled layers of paint probably back from 50 renters ago. 1 star for dry wall. 3 stars for shower shelves. ... show more

These four acrylic shelves are going to be a great addition to our school library. They are being used for a display that highlights books associated with specific authors. The shelves themselves have no problem handling the weight of a few books each. So far, the adhesive has held up, too. Living in humid Florida, we’ll have to see how it does over time. Having hardware as a back-up is a bonus. The tiny level was appreciated, as were the basic pictograph instructions. Being able to share books and know that they will stay put with the U-shaped front lip is going to work well in our library. Note: As a Vine Voice, it is my intention to help sellers improve their product while highlighting the features of it. I also try to be as detailed as possible with my feedback so that prospective buyers have a more complete “view” of the product. They look kind of small and fragile but they seem to holdup so far. Make sure you clean the area with alcohol before you put on the adhesive. They are very simple and easy to install but hopefully they hold up over time. Still it can do better.

I prefer to begin my reviews with the caveat that reviews are inherently subjective. I give these five stars, which I rarely do, because they are exactly what they are function-wise and for me exactly what I hoped. These are super easy to install. And over time, I noticed that I very much love the ease of certain used a lot items when I can put them on something on the back of a door. Usually this means hooks. It's just that with these being like they are, I can place these above hooks and also have a place for things I can't hang but desire this ease of access. I also like these for closets because they can add a bit of storage without taking up too much room and they blend in with the background of the closet. ... show more

Perfect for anywhere you desire a shelf to be. I have used adhesive tape onine and have no problem with them holding up. These are awesome as I have used contact paper on the to match my decor even blinging one out for my daughter's room. I love them!!
