I got these because we like to make a lot of charcuterie boards and tapas type things for game nights. These are beautiful and perfect size. It's nice when you can get beauty and function in a piece. I plan on maybe getting a few more since the price was reasonable for the quality of the product. I love these plates! I’ve used them multiple times including cheese balls and crackers tray, veggies and dip tray, and most recently for a caramel apple charcuterie board. Plus, I’ve even used these in my holiday home decor! My guest complement me every time the plates are being used. The plates have a nice wood finish, are a great quality, and the two sizes are helpful for multiple dishes. Recommend hand wash only. Only thing I recommend is not washing them in the dishwasher, hand wash only. My cousin washed in dishwasher and I had to toss because it had a bad smell I could not get rid of. But if you take proper care, they are great
