I’ve had these Flextough car mats in my Jeep for a few months now and they’ve been great. They fit well, stay in place, and do a solid job catching dirt, mud, and anything else from daily driving or getting in and out. They’re super easy to clean too, just pull them out and rinse them off and they look good again. After months of use they still haven’t warped or worn down. Overall a simple upgrade that actually makes keeping the Jeep clean way easier.

These fit my 2008 Ford Fusion wonderfully. Didn’t need to trim anything at all. Good coverage over the floor. Seems to be good quality, as Motor Trend lent their name for it. Came in a flat box so they weren’t rolled up: Very happy!

The first pic for this item shows it in a Honda Accord that looks exactly like my 2014 model, so I ordered it thinking it would be a perfect fit, with maybe minimal trimming. However, in reality after receiving it, the front mats do not cover the full width of the foot well on the driver and passenger sides. Although it covers most of the width, there is a noticeable shortage, to the extent that I reverted back to my old mats that do cover the full width and am using these in my smaller car instead (2018 Mazda 3). On studying the picture more closely, I can see the width shortfall now but didn't initially look at it that closely given it showed it in the car I have. The rear mats have a width shortfall too, but less-so than the front ones, so I am keeping them in my Accord. Maybe me being overly fussy, but that's my 2 cents. Otherwise, this product is pretty good from a quality perspective - easy to handle and thinner (but tough) rubber makes it easy to trim/handle.

I was looking for new rubber mats for my 2013 Honda Civic, and narrowed it down to 2 options from Motor Trend - the FlexTough Model #OF-793-BK (this item) and the AdventureMax Model #MTMT-8203-BK. When they arrived, I compared both - they seem identical in terms of quality and durability (which is to say, good). They're both heavy with moderately thick grooves and decent grips on the back. The shapes and groove patterns are slightly different, though, and I was curious to see which fit my car better. (See comparison photos for differences.) At first glance, I thought the AdventureMax were the clear winner. As you can see from the photo where I laid the car's original floor mats over top, the sizing on these (the FlexTough) seemed a bit skimpy, like it wouldn't cover as much of the floor as the fabric mats would. The AdventureMax were much roomier in that respect. However, once I put them in the car, the AM seemed far TOO generous, and it was clear they'd require a lot of trimming. The FT fit much better and would require less modification, while still covering pretty much every square inch of floor. (NOTE: The rubber piece connecting the two backseat floor mats was too long in both models and would need to be cut off.) So while both sets were great, this one definitely fit my car the best, and I would recommend it for other small sedans like mine.

I was initially hesitant to use these but since I couldn’t find any other options for my truck decided to take the risk. These trim up very easily and did my 2010 ranger perfectly. They are super easy to clean, and look like name brand molded weather mats. They hold up super well, and protect against muddy work boots. These are a no brainer for their price.

UPDATE: These mats have been installed for about a year now and they are very durable however, they slide around way more than I like. They always get pushed toward the center of the car leaving the edge near the door exposed. As a result, there is always dirt, grass, etc stuck to the carpet in a strip along the doors. They do not have anything on the bottom to keep them from sliding and since they are universal, there is no grommet to attach them. You can't poke a hole in them to attach to the post in the car floor because water will leak under it. They have deep wells so they are good for snow, spills, etc. but it makes them difficult to vacuum so you have to spray them off to get them clean. Don't get me wrong, they are still a decent, budget-friendly choice and I have no complaints about durability but just be aware of the sliding issue. If I had to do it again, I would spend the extra money to get a better fit. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased these mats for a 2022 Mazda CX5. They are thick yet flexible and have deep wells to hold spills, melted snow, etc. They are easy to cut with regular scissors and the front mats are wide so they have a lot of options for trimming. Do they look like laser-measured mats? No, but they also cost 45 bucks and if you take your time, they look just fine. They have minimal smell and are shipped in a flat box with only the back seat mat folded in half but it isn't a sharp crease and it flattens out quickly. If I were to get really picky, I wish they didn't have MOTORTREND stamped on the front mats in bright red and white letters but that is just a personal preference. For me, the front passenger mat required no trimming (except the hanging tab) and it provides full coverage. On the driver's side, there was a bit more effort involved as expected but the width of the mat allows for quite a few options. As for the back seats, the 2022 CX5s have a hump in the middle, which sits directly behind the console so that space is very narrow. I tried to trim the middle section so it would cover the space from door to door but it just wasn't working so I ended up removing the middle section completely. You may be able to trim it and still have coverage but unless you frequently have 3 back seat passengers, it probably won't matter that much. Once that middle section was removed, the mats fit well and only required some minor trimming so they would lay flat. The cargo mat is not included with this particular set. Overall, I am happy with these mats and I would recommend them to anyone looking for budget-friendly easy to trim floor mats.

I wanted rubber mats for my new 2026 Outback Touring XT without spending a lot of money. These mats are easy to trim with sharp scissors and they fit great. They look nice and obviously do a great job catching snow and dirt. I had the expensive brand years ago in another car and I’m just as happy with these mats.
