    • Product is fine.
The pole is nice, the company sucks. I tried reaching out 3 times to order replacement parts and couldn't get through to the company. They dont offer parts for the black dance pole. They do have silver poles available with extra parts but they need to have a better customer service.

The pole base with the pole bearing in it had one of the screws stripped. I went to 4 different hardware stores trying to get it out and no one was able to. Huge waste of money. And Serenelife customer service was no help either. Do not purchase!! I couldn’t even get it to sit on the pole base because of this issue. ... show more

    • Gap in sizing for the iron cover. Should not be used for 108” it maybe goes to 106.5”
Review Image by Shelly G
This doesn’t extend properly beyond 106” maybe. There’s a gap with the iron cover and the bolt. There’s cover isn’t long enough if extended to the 108”

    • Broke within hours. I’m 5’2” 100lbs
Brook almost immediately at the top. I’m only 5’2” 100lbs.

    • Get a different brand even if the price is higher, you get what you pay for.
Bought this and it won’t go in spin mode due to a jammed screw. Don’t recommend.

    • No go for me
Can't put all pieces together or it will scratch your pole. Also very slick.

    • Defective base
Products instructions mentioned the base having a hole to attach to the pole. The item came with no hole at the base. Super sad, will be returning.
