The media could not be loaded. All you need is a memory card and your good to go with this nice little video camera. Easy to set up and easy to work. Light and easy to hold, has a microphone input, come with a lense cover, two batteries, power supply, remote control and carrying case.

This camera although is has a lot of features and seems like a good option for so little money...it suffers from AUDIO Sync issues. You look like you are in a dubbed to English Kung Foo movie/ Sure I can Unlink my audio track and hand sync it in Adobe Premiere but...That should not happen at all. Nothing you can do in the options in the menu. Oh well, classic case of "you get what you pay for". ... show more

This product feels like a toy. You have to buy a sym card for it to work. I would have returned it but I was on vacation for three weeks when I returned it was to last to return the camcorder. Buyer beware.

Camcorder produces blurry video, especially when zoom is used. Zoom feature is limited. Both batteries lose their charge even when not in use. After several uses the camera would shut down immediately after turning it on. Had to pull batteries to reset the camcorder to get it to turn on again. Very displeased with this product and would never recommend it. ... show more
