I’m glad I read the reviews on this helmet. You definitely should go a size bigger. I went from large to extra large and it fits perfect. Absolutely no issues getting Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone. The sound quality is OK, It’s clear and crisp, not much on the lower end, but you really can’t expect that from smaller Bluetooth speakers. So I've had so many helmets over my life of riding. Full face, modular, 1/2 helmets and 3/4 open face. This helmet is probably my favorite. The comfort level is fantastic. Based on my head measurement, I was at the top end of the medium, but ordered a large and it's perfect. The helmet helps mute wind noise and the speakers when B/T to my phone, sound great. The only negative, is the microphone during phone calls. I've been told it either sounds like I'm talking through a snorkel tube under water, or there is a lot of background noise while sounding like I'm in a tunnel. There are adjustments thru the app, but I haven't fiddled with them all yet. The Amazon price was almost $100 cheaper than other online retailers. If you want an open face helmet, especially if you want audio and communications, this is a top choice. ... show more

Sena helmets fit tight when new but after use they seem to "break in" to a comfortable fit. Communication is very good. I did not realize when I bought this helmet that is DOES NOT have Bluetooth so you will NOT be able to communicate with old Sena devices like the 20 models. Awesome helmet. Bluetooth clarity is super clear. Surprisingly, the microphone does better than expected, even at highway speeds (tall windshield so results may vary). This is the lightest and quietest open face helmet I gave ever worn. It is quieter than most full face helmets I have tried. Only downside is that they run small.
