- HIGH-GRADE SILICONE POLYMER: Selsil outdoor silicone sealant is a one-component, acetoxy-based silicone sealant. Our silicone adhesive cures at room temperature and has a long working time, allowing easy application. It can be administered for various uses, including coating steel structures and on solid surfaces.
- MULTIPURPOSE: Our industrial sealant caulk is used as a filling and bonding material for ceramic tile, windows, stone, glass, aluminum, and metal in the bathroom and kitchen. Another feature of this silicone glue binder is that it has no odor after curing.
- NO SOLVENT: Resistant to UV rays, ozone and sheer conditions, our white silicone adhesives retain their color. This waterproof caulking sealant does not turn yellow and does not leave any residue or stain on the surface.
- GREAT ELASTICITY: Our silicone filler stays elastic even after curing. It does not lose its elasticity at high and low temperatures. It does not crack nor pull and is resistant to many chemicals. Our indoor and outdoor sealants provide great adhesion to various non-porous substrates. They have an application temperature of 41F (+5C) and 95 F (+35C.)

I used this to recaulk all of the windows and doors at my parents house. It flows nice and is really easy to work with and makes a nice bead. It maintains it's elasticity and doesn't shrink. It even sticks to old silicone. Really made a difference in appearance. The bright white really stands out for a professional finish and clean up was a breeze. I'm sold and this is the only caulk that I will use from now on.

Used it to fill gaps on 123 year old exterior ship lath when I removed the interior wall and insulation. So far it’s held on with minimal prep other than using a shop vac to clean the dust off. Still flexible at 32°F since that’s as cold as it’s gotten so far.

Easiest silicone to apply, screw-on applicator/nozzle works very well. If not using the whole tube at one time, cleaning silicone from the applicator is impossible, it would’ve been nice if more then one was included. The product itself is self-leveling and settles into a nice smooth finish.
