This book is very informative. Learned alot about the strategies of seller financing. I just wish she wrote more from a buyers point of view, but I still was empowered from the book and look forward to learning more from her.

  • It's just an overview, kind of hard to follow and just a few examples.
I was unimpressed with this book. It was just a super-fast flyby. It didn't really tell you how to structure your deals but just gives a few examples of deals and then about 10 times in the book she tells you to call her if you have a deal to work out.

First let me say what a huge let down this book was. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone who can use a search engine. All this lady does is give definitions that could be found on Wikipedia. On-top of that, the last 20% of the book she just keeps trying to sell herself for services continuously saying "call me". This book is really only geared toward home owners looking to sell their homes via seller financing but give no structure about how to buy a house with seller financing. ... show more

Very little content, basically it's just an advertisement for her services. All the information can be had for free on line, much of it is already on her website. The book does her a disservice because she knows her stuff, this diminishes her brand.
