I bought this to fill the space between my driveway floor and concrete apron. There is old sealant there that is cracked and has tons of gaps and a lot of ants hills have cropped up. On my other garage side, I scraped out the old stuff and used traditional caulk that I needed to smooth out with a smoothing tool and my finger. I thought I would try this instead for the other side. The nice part about this was that I did not scrape the old stuff out which was a huge time saver. It also self leveled very well and I did not have to smooth it with a tool or my finger. However the downside is that I used much more of product than I thought I would. Because it is so thin it does seep deep into the cracks. I bought a two pack and I did just the apron on a one stall garage and used both of them completely and there are still holes and gaps. I am going to have to buy another two pack. So overall I would say if you want to save time this is nice but you will need to buy twice as much as you think.
