Easy to assemble. Make sure you tighten the seat correctly, it did take me a few tries but it does hold well. Has some weight to it, but easily manageable. I am small built, but can pick up and walk it without a problem. Can be fast, start slow to get used to it. I Use it around the neighborhood a couple miles each way. Taking my toddler to school, making store, bank, and park runs fast and easy. Highly recommend! Can be great for teenagers and adults. Just have a bike lock and good to go! ... show more

I’ve had this bike/scooter since June & it’s serving it’s purpose very well so far! I actually got hit while crossing a cross walk with it in July, it got a little scratched up and fell over but it’s working very well lol. Oh, it’s not very sturdy while on the kickstand. I have to adjust it multiple times to make sure it doesn’t fall over (it could be because of the bag I have on the front & the phone holder idk). For me the handle bar isn’t easy to fold down, I have to put a lot of strength into it and my man struggles with it too. It also comes with two keys & the seat is comfy which is kind of rare. Overall, I bought this because I’d been wanting an electric bike for a while (I don’t drive) just to get to work and around in general because I live in the city so things are more walkable and even better if you have a bike. The bus isn’t reliable in my city and I hate taking the bus. The sidewalks and streets here aren’t the smoothest so it does take some bumpy rides despite the manual saying it doesn’t do good with bumps but it pushes through and I get where I need to be! It doesn’t have hydraulics so it can be uncomfortable and slow you down when you are riding it on uneven surfaces. I think it’s a great scooter, I haven’t had any issues with it so far and it’s starting to get cold so I hope to experience more of the same with it! I am getting a moped so I’m passing this along to my man but I love this and you will too. ... show more

It's kind of on the expensive side but I had one before this one that someone stole and I got it back and they messed it all up. But I got this one and they say it only does 15 mph I'm calling it 20. They say it will go 20 miles on a single charge which are kind of doubt, but when you're out zooming around having fun, time flies. EDIT: I think this scooter is a scam. I’ve had it for almost 2 months. I’ve taken great care of it and followed all given instructions. THIS SCOOTER HAS LEFT ME STRANDED MULTIPLE TIMES NOW. today, there was 3 bars out of 4 for my battery life. I charger it for 2 hours still because the scooter has been unreliable before and I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t die on my way home. Well it still did. Left me walking home alone at 10pm in the rain. Their customer service is just trying to say it is my fault and that I must’ve misused it some how but I have no idea what I could’ve done. Horrible horrible horrible scooter. The battery is horrible. It says it goes 20 miles per charge but over the course of 2 days I went maybe 3 miles and it died on my way home from work. There are bars showing you how much of a charge you have left but they’re never accurate. It will say you have 3 bars then will die 5 minutes later. When I first got it, the battery was fine. I don’t think it could go 20 miles but it was good enough for me. Now that it’s not working I tried to contact the seller through Amazon but it’s just a robot so it was no help. Purchased in September for my 5'9," 170# son. He doesn't drive, and this amazing e-scooter has given him more freedom and independence than I could've ever imagined! He's able to make 16-mile roundtrips easily. We live on a hill (see photo) and as long as he gets a good start he has no problems at all going up the 30° – 45° incline of the hill. We did add a more comfortable seat and a side mirror. He gets compliments and questions everywhere he goes; it's been great for him. A couple of months ago, the battery was no longer holding a charge. A quick email to Sehomy through Amazon was all it took--less than a week later, we had a new battery at no cost to us, and he was back on the road in no time. I can't recommend this wonderful e-scooter strongly enough. And our experience with SEHOMY Customer Service has assured my confidence to make future purchases with them. ... show more

First off my son loves this scooter, it was easy to put together. The price was decent. The only thing that I didn’t like about this was the shipping. It was ship by FedEx, but I was not aware that I had to sign for the package to be delivered. This cause me to miss the delivery twice. The seller should have told me this ahead of time or had this information somewhere within buying the product. I contact FedEx about this issue but they wouldn’t work with me to get my package until I signed for it. FedEx will only attempt to deliver the package three times before it is sent back to the seller. Not knowing this information ahead of time was disappointing, miscommunication, and a headache all in one. At the end of the day my son loves the scooter, so I would buy from this seller again just hoping for better communication. ... show more
