I decided to wait a month before writing this review. This is my second electric scooter. My first was about 6 years ago and my biggest issue at the time was the amount of punctures I had. Changing the tires was absolutely awful. So much that I ended throwing it away. Now I needed to get a new one to commute to work and I did A LOT of research from all the main brands and models. My priority was the tire life. While this model didn't have the best Amazon reviews I read elsewhere that the self-healing, tubeless tires where great. Plus Segway is a great brand so I decided to go with this one. I am not disappointed. It is a little tough on the suspension but, again, I knew this was a consequence of getting this type of tire. The scooter feels sturdy, good grip. The app is amazing. The speed is decent. I don't go the max speed but I'm also 195lbs and the max is 220 so the heavier the rider the slower it will go. It is a little heavy and what I dislike the most is the unlatching and folding process. But luckily I never do it so it's not an issue for me. Overall I am very happy with the price-value of this scooter. I definitely recommend it for those who are willing to sacrifice suspension and speed but guarantee tire life. ... show more

Very good and solid scooter... But the suspension is not really good as its only on the front. The folding mechanism also easily slides out of alignment and has stopped folding correctly so I've had to carry it like I'm holding a battering ram or minigun. Not to mention that I'm a big guy and I need something that can support more weight. I'm gonna have to return this personally but I do absolutely recommend this scooter to lighter folks though. Has been faithful these past few weeks and have helped me get active and outside much more at least... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. my f2 did not come with front suspension as pictured in this listing.. I tried reaching Segway customer support but was not able to speak to anyone. the front suspension is very important to me, I upgraded to this from an isinwheel s9max thinking I was getting a f2 with suspension. very disappointed and it's going to be very difficult to return this because of its size. but it is not as described. see in the video, my f2 is not like the one in product photo and title description. ... show more

The scooter offers an extended range of up to 34 miles on a single charge when in ECO mode, which is more than sufficient for my daily commutes and even some leisurely excursions around the city. This is an excellent scooter. The fit and finish as well as the product literature is all top notch as one would expect from a proper real company. I got the F2 pro version and the battery lasts forever and it's quick. It's got no problem at all hauling my 220 pound frame around (I know, I know...I should ride it to the gym...I know) It comes basically assembled, you just need to fold up the handle bars and tighten 4 screws with the included Allen wrench. Battery was mostly charged when it arrived but it's recommended to finish fully charging it before use. It only took an hour or so. You also must pair it with your phone before it will unlock full speed and quit beeping at you. I found that somewhat annoying as I'm old enough to be annoyed that every small thing these days has to have its own app. Seems pointless to me and just adds another layer of complexity and something to potentially break. Anyway, this has gotten too long. To summarize this thing is awesome. It goes really fast but the throttle is sensitive enough that I have no problem riding slow enough to stay beside my 5 year old riding on her baby electric scooter. Very pleased. ... show more
