my son loves this thing. we’ve had it for two years + and it still runs like the day it was opened. the only issue i have found (which is a big one), is that if you have a child who likes to burn out or do donuts, eventually one of the tires will rip and you’ll need a replacement. you’ll go to look for the replacement on Amazon and you’ll find offbrand replacement tires that say they will fit… No, they will not do not trust these vendors the only tire that will fit are the ones directly from ninebot. This then leads to the next issue, which is that nine bot/Segway shows that they are out of stock of the tires for the nine bot go kart and they are no longer producing them… So then you have to contact customer service directly and yes they will provide you a link to purchase a replacement tire for a whopping $50 my point being don’t buy this if you are broke… ... show more

This thing is awesome! We bought it for our 6 year old for Christmas! He loves it as well as us grownups! The expandable feature will grow with our child and not be something we’ll have to get rid of in a couple of years!

With the pandemic and everything pretty much closed, I decided to get the Ninebot for my kids for Christmas. BEST...INVESTMENT...EVER. It's a little pricey, but well worth the investment. You can't put a price on the hours of fun these kids have each time they ride them.

Great concept, but poor execution. From the instructions to the app, nothing is written in proper English. Instead, there is a hodge podge of pictures that are not even applicable. Once you get it connected, it works but apparently there is a bug so many units shake and beep if you go over a few mph. Support takes weeks to respond but is not helpful ( just tells you to disassemble and reassemble). The problem does not go away though. It’s going in the trash after a chargeback since they won’t accept a return, even within a month of purchase. ... show more
