    • The most compact scooter available today
If you have a long commute over uneven surfaces, this is not the scooter for you. It doesn't have much range, doesn't go very fast, and has tiny wheels with absolutely no suspension. However, if your commute looks like mine, which is about a mile over smooth road surfaces, and the amount of space a scooter takes up is important to you, this is probably the best scooter available today. As you can probably tell by the pictures, it folds completely flat. When stashed in the corner of your home or office, it's barely noticeable. And importantly for those who live in cities, it doesn't attract much attention when you fold it up and wheel it into a coffee shop, store, or post office that you may stop by during your daily commute. In terms of build quality, this thing is also like nothing else on the market. The surface of every part is custom designed to blend into its neighboring parts, like body panels on a car. Even the display blends seamlessly into the handlebars. It's a far cry from most scooters that look like they're cobbled together with off-the-shelf parts. So while it's quite limited in its application and may not be for you, it's really a one-of-a-kind scooter that you won't find replicated anywhere else. ... show more

    • This thing sucks!!!! Don’t buy it!!!!
I bought this to go a mile and half down the street to work. It has no suspension and the wheels don’t have air in the tires(hard wheels) so if you hit a lip on a curb you’re gonna crash. The wheels are also tiny compared to traditional commuter scooters so you have to watch out that you don’t hit ANYTHING, even a large crack in the road will cause you to crash. It looks cool but it’s basically a toy and not the scooter they claim to be a commuter. Very disappointed and have fallen off of it 2 times from hitting cracks in the road that any other scooter would go over. It also over heats when going up the slightest incline. This has to be the worst scooter ever made! Don’t buy this!!! It’s cheaper to buy a $99 razor scooter that does the exact same thing. I’ve had Segway scooters in the past so this one was shocking that it was so terrible and was basically a cheap razor like scooter for kids more than for an adult. It also tops out at 9 mph and goes half that going up even the slightest incline. ... show more

    • Stop selling defective scooter!
The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with this seller. This scooter fails to charge or turn on, and this issue has occurred with another Air T15 that I purchased several months ago. It has been a persistent problem, and I am appalled that the seller is not taking any action to address or prevent such issues. My frustration is primarily directed towards this seller. I reached out to Ninbot Technical Service, and they informed me that the seller named "The Thrifty Posey" is not an authorized dealer. It is not surprising, given the name itself. I am furious because Amazon hides the seller's name and information. When I clicked on the product I purchased, it was listed as sold from the Segway store. This was a total lie. If the scooter is not defective, I actually really enjoyed it. I really like the sleek design and the way that it’s being displayed when you’re not using it’s very compact and beautifully designed. The battery doesn’t last for too long but it’s still reasonable for casual using. I’ve used it for a year and I like it a lot so I purchased another one for my friend as a birthday present. Who would have known that it’s been such an disappointing purchase experience. I have tried to purchase her the same scooter three times in the past year. The first package was stolen and the second and third package appeared to have the same technical issue. ... show more

    • Small & light weight - great for our boat
We purchased this scooter for my 110 lb girlfriend to use running up and down the dock at our marina. It's super light and easy for her to throw in the car when she heads to the grocery store or runs other errands. Two down sides: 1) the battery life is only good for a max of 7 miles and that's carrying my small girlfriend. 2) the ride is rough - you'll feel every sidewalk crack. Our docks our smooth and distance to the parking lot from our boat is under a half mile so this unit is perfect for us. Easy to store. lightweight and super cool looking. ... show more

    • Worst, bad scooter ever.
One thing I liked about was the slick style design, but then every part was bad to worst. Not even get a chance to ride on my 1st & replacement order. It just wouldn't start. Returned it and not wanting my 3rd replacement. It's just a bad scooter.
